I can’t believe it’s been four months already! It’s time to check that credit report again.
My score is up, but only slightly. The credit card payoff has not yet hit the reporting agencies (of course, if I had missed a payment, it would have likely been reported the same day). I hope to see a bigger jump in four more months.
If you decided to check your credit report with me and follow my once yearly free report check, this time I used:
Equifax

You’re moving in the right direction! Just keep that score going UP and over time you will be doing great.

Are you getting the score free? When I do the free ones I only see the report, which is nice, but I’ve been too cheap to pay for my score. Is there some secret button on the free report site I’m not pressing?

Just remember not to close the account, the more available credit-the beter!

Emmi – I do pay to see my score. Most of the time I just look at my free report but when I make a payoff, I like to see my new score.
Duddes02 – Definately!
