Today has been a nice and relaxing Easter so far, we even took a midday nap. Right now dinner is cooking in the oven. We spurlged a little bit and bought a spiral sliced ham. We will make some homemade cheesy potatoes and cook some corn to round out the meal. For desert, I plan on whipping up a fruit dish.
