Chances are, if you are reading my blog, you have a story about debt. If you’d like to share your story – email it to me at bloggingawaydebt [at] yahoo [dot] com and use the subject line “Debt Story” (that way I know you want it posted on here). It can be completely anonymous or if you have a blog, let me know and I’ll include a link to it with your name (or any name of your choosing).
Whether it be that you are in debt or you are now out of it – it doesn’t matter. I thought it would be interesting to read so many different stories in one place.
Just a few things I ask:
1.)Â Keep the language clean because my son will be reading my blog someday.
2.)Â Write from the heart. I will be quoting these as you write them and I will not be editing them.
3.) As for length, anywhere from 1 to 4 paragraphs is probably ideal.
I suppose I should put a deadline on here because I would like to showcase everyone’s stories at the 54th Carnival of Debt Reduction that I am hosting on September 25th. How about a week from Friday…so by 5pm EST on September 22, 2006.
If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment. Thanks!
