And That’s A Wrap…

by

How did I celebrate the payment? With a nice bottle of Black Roster Italian wine…

and by nice, I mean a $19 bottle.

Compared to my usual $2 Fresh N Easy Merlot, a $19 bottle is a real treat.

I sat in our backyard (thank you San Diego weather), enjoyed the view, and drank a slow glass.

Not quite the grand show I expected – but spending more would have required a credit card… and I’ve got too much saving left to do.

Thank you for three much needed years of support. Thank you for being my friends when I needed them, and my enemies when I did something stupid. I will miss you all.

If I decide to continue blogging when the load on my plate lightens a little, I’ll be sure to let you know. In the mean time, I look forward to passing on the BloggingAwayDebt baton.

Cheers!

Congratulations! Are you going to update the sidebar of the blog? It still shows a “remaining” amount.

Many congratulations on paying off a huge amount of debt! You write so well. I have really been caught up in your struggles and joys and always looked forward to reading your posts. My hope for you is that you will get things settled enough to stay home with Cash. My wife has been a stay at home Mom since 2001 and what a blessing that has been. We were not sure we would make it but thank God we have. I hope you can get into more affordable housing to make staying home an option. Surely with your excellent writing skills that is a way for you to work from home. (Maybe Bank of America has some at home call center positions available, ha ha) God bless and best wishes!
