Sorry for the delayed update. I’m sick… again.
One of the guys who attended the bachelor party in Mexico got the entire bachelor party sick. Once home, they quickly spread the flu to their spouses… myself included.
Currently, I’m sitting with a napkin up my nose (I ran out of tissue about 3 hours ago) and I haven’t showered. Fortunately, my husband pretends not to notice.
Sorry but I’m going back to bed. I thought you weren’t supposed to get sick in the summer!!

Aww feel better. I think the flu’s going around. Hot showers help with the nose junk. Something about the steam. Feel better.

We’re nursing the same thing in our house. H1N1 is going around, summer or not, it doesn’t care. I seem to have gotten the 1 and a half day version, unlike the hubby who is plowing into week two of misery. (I also was the one of us who had parents drag the family to the swine flu clinic in ‘76. Not sure if that’s paying out or what.)

Ah that is unfortunate. It also is unfortunate that we have both the regular flu to worry about PLUS H1N1. Your husband must have the “regular” flu since it is lasting so long so hopefully H1N1 doesn’t spread to your house!

I am sorry that you are sick. I hope you feel better soon.
Best wishes,
Janie
