It's easy to be jaded and think nice people always finish last, but that really isn't the case. I've found that you really do get more flies with honey than with vinegar. I learned this when I worked at McDonald's. I was more likely yo give really great service to the nice customers as opposed to those who were nasty. Once again - great job! :) (Btw...
