UPDATE: I just went to download my copy and it is only for Oprah.com members. Becoming a member is free.
Oprah is offering a free download of Jean Chatzky’s Book titled, The Difference. It’s only for a limited time Friday and Saturday.
The book will be available for download from 11 a.m. ET Friday [03-13-09] until 10:59 a.m. ET Saturday [03-14-09].

I read the key points on the page that I linked to above, and it reminds me a bit of The Millionaire Next Door. I enjoyed that book, so I’m looking forward to reading this one.
Thanks LA for the tip!

Great, thanks!
I have never heard of heard before, but it should be an interesting read.

I loved the Millionaire Next Door. It’s probably been one of the most influential books I’ve ever read.

I will definitely let my wife know about this! She loves free stuff and I love The Millionaire Next Door, so it’s a perfect match.
I only wish I had begun reading books on finance earlier in my life, before I ‘needed’ them!

Jean Chatzky’s stuff is down-to-earth and practical. Other titles of hers include “Pay It Down: From Debt to Wealth on $10 a Day,” “The Ten Commandments of Financial Happiness,” and “You Don’t Have to Be Rich: Financial Security on Your Own Terms.” This one should be good as well as timely.

Thanks for the reminder. I loved that millionaire book also.
