		<description>Never pay a fee to work for a company.  Any place that wants you to purchase things or buy your own demo kit, is not really a company you want to work for.  A &quot;real&quot; company will pay you an hourly salary, give you deliverables, and hold you accountable to them.  Any place that says you can make as much as you want, or lots of money in your spare time is not a &quot;real&quot; company.  Look at Amway.  Sure the company makes money, but very few people make enough money to live off of....</description>
