I received some good news this morning when I checked the IRS Where’s My Stimulus Payment site. Our payment is scheduled for Friday.
Of course, just because it is scheduled that doesn’t mean we will get it. But I can’t help but be excited. We may be under the $10K mark with our credit card debt in less than a week!
Sometimes it seems like it is taking forever to pay off our cards. But these little milestones really help to keep me going. Every milestone we hit gives me a little more “oomph” to keep attacking our debt.

You might want to check your bank account sooner than Friday – ours was scheduled for last Friday but showed as “Pending” on Monday and was cleared and available on Tuesday afternoon.

That’s very exciting! It might seem like it’s taking a long time (trust me, I remember that feeling!) but you had a long way to go and have been doing a fabulous job. Keep up the great work! You are going to be debt free before you know it.

I checked mine yesterday it says it will show up this Friday. Hopefully it shows up sooner because it would be one less thing I would feel concerned about.

When I checked last week, it could not find my husband’s SSN, and I was worried. Today, I checked again, and it confirmed that we are getting $1500 on Friday.

I am a nervous wreck!! can someone tell me if theirs was not scheduled on the IRS site and they still got it on time? We are supposed to get ours on Friday the 16th according to the last two digits. (we did our taxes in january) BUT it’s still not finding my husbands social security number on the IRS site. has anyone else had this happen and still got their payment. it’s only 4 days away. Thank you!
