Now that my heart rate has slowed down a bit (LOL), I’d like to welcome those stopping by after listening to me on the radio on the Get Real Girls Radio Show! I was super nervous about being interviewed live on the radio, but I am so glad I did it because it was great talking to Liv, Colleen and Julie! Liv told me it would be like talking to a group of girlfriends and it was! It felt so nice to chat like that
I thought I’d give you a few tidbits about my site:
1.) I post monthly where my money went, and share what we are doing to try to keep our spending down.
2.) I post monthly how much we make. We currently make around $36,000/year (because my husband is currently out of work). I am always trying to bring in more income so our income does fluctuate month to month.
3.) I post almost every day and usually it is personal finance related.
4.) You can bookmark this site to keep updated, or if you have a feed reader you can Subcribe to my Full Feed. If you have an email address, you can also Subscribe via Email. Every day that I post you will receive one email with the posts that I wrote for that day. For more information about subscribing and what it means, click here.
5.) I love comments and I love the interaction I have with my readers. Don’t be shy, feel free to leave a comment or contact me via email.
As for where to start, here’s something I wrote that highlights some of my more helpful/interesting posts of 2006.
A Reflective Look Back at 2006 – Goodbye to $13,000 of our Debt
Or, feel free to browse around by month or category archives (which can be found on the right hand side). Since this is a blog, the most recent entries are here on the main page and the earliest posts are found by going to the archives.
Thank you for stopping by, and feel free to stick around for a while

Yea not bad overall. I don’t think the show was bad (but I only caught the last 10 minutes or so). And by then you didn’t sound scared.
So what’s next? Dateline? Your own show on CNBC???
