		<description>I had just written a post about something similar - dressing for career fairs (in campus). It&#039;s always important to dress your best in regards to work - especially at job fairs and on campus! It&#039;s better to overdress and be remembered for it then under dress and risk looking foolish.</description>

		<description>What an TRULY AWESOME article.  I have interviewed many fresh college grads over the last five years and your comments are dead on. I especially agree with the comment &quot;The overdone makeup might look great to you, but it will look like too many potty trips to the woman on the hiring side of the desk.&quot;  And, I have a suggestion for folks who work in a casual environment and would have trouble wearing a suit to work or changing before the interview - tell the interviewer that you have this problem and ask if you can wear neat casual to the interview. I&#039;ve always accepted that because the person has proven what I believe is the real point - do you know how to act in different situations.</description>
