Any decrease in credit card debt is a good thing. There are some months where things come up and drain your money away; as long as you’re making headway then this is a good thing.

Just like you said, you aren’t adding to it! And down is down, no matter what size the increment. Also, FWIW, you are not alone in that boat. Ours is pretty much holding steady this month. It’s kind of a bummer, but other things needed to happen and that’s just life.
