Welcome to everyone visiting from Random Roger’s Big Picture. And thank you to Roger for the well wishes with my debt and my blog.

As Roger mentioned, we are a younger couple with an adorable son. Mistakes have been made in the past in terms of our finances, and I started this blog in February to help keep us on the right track to becoming debt-free.

This blog is mainly about debt reduction, but with a very personal twist. I reveal my income as well as how my money is spent in detail. I also am not holding back on set-backs because really – if someone takes one thing from my blog, it’s the fact that you have to pick yourself back up when you fall.

I never thought we would be sitting here today with less debt than we had in February. The support that has been received from people I have never met is amazing, and I really don’t want to let any of my readers down. This blog has provided a very strong sense of accountability and I can’t thank my readers enough.
